ECOLOGY AND SOCIETY AUTHORS WIN AWARD!

The 2002 Science Award for Outstanding Science Article went to Jeff Sayer of Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF) and Bruce Campbell of the Indonesia-based Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) for their article in Conservation Ecology. The paper succinctly shows why integrated natural resource management research is necessary to meet the challenges of poverty and environmental sustainability.
